What we did
This project transformed an ageing bathroom and laundry into bright, functional spaces that remain true to the character of the home. We completely stripped both rooms back before rebuilding them with new flooring, wall linings and finishes, creating a fresh foundation while preserving the home's original charm.
The bathroom was designed with a timeless palette of white subway tiles, a custom tiled shower niche, fluted glass bath screen and classic chrome tapware, all complemented by soft sage walls and shaker-style cabinetry. Every detail was chosen to create a space that feels elegant, practical and sympathetic to the home's heritage.
The adjoining laundry was completely reconfigured with custom cabinetry, integrated storage and a stacked washer and dryer to maximise every centimetre of space. A new barn-style door, stone benchtop and thoughtful storage solutions completed the room, creating a laundry that is both highly functional and beautifully finished.
The result is a renovation that seamlessly blends modern convenience with classic design, giving the homeowners two hardworking spaces that feel as though they've always been part of the home.
