What we did

Parris Builds was engaged to complete a full renovation to prepare this Riverhead home for sale. The project focused on modernising the property, improving its functionality and increasing its appeal to prospective buyers. Our scope included opening up the lounge and dining areas to create a spacious open-plan layout, installing a new kitchen and bathroom, upgrading the plumbing and electrical services, completing a full interior and exterior repaint, constructing a new concrete driveway and outdoor decking, laying new flooring and carrying out the associated building works throughout the home. The result is a light-filled, functional home that presents beautifully to the market while retaining the character of the original property.
