Which suburbs does Parris Builds work in?
We build across North West Auckland, including Kumeu, Riverhead, Waimauku, Coatesville and Waitoki, and across the North Shore from Takapuna through Milford, Castor Bay and Mairangi Bay up to Torbay. If your suburb sits between those, get in touch and we will confirm we can help.
Do you build on the North Shore?
Yes. The North Shore is a core part of our service area, and we have completed new builds and renovations there, including in suburbs like Castor Bay. You get a local, licensed, family-owned builder who knows the area and its councils well.
Do you work in West Auckland?
Our focus is North West Auckland and the North Shore, so we generally do not take on work in West Auckland. Concentrating on these areas lets us stay genuinely local, respond quickly, and give every project the attention it deserves.
