What building services does Parris Builds offer?
We offer four core services: custom new builds, renovations, extensions and alterations, and decks and outdoor living. Each is delivered by the same family-owned, LBP-licensed team, so the quality and the level of care stay the same whether we are building a deck or a new home.
Do you handle both new builds and renovations?
Yes. We build new homes and we renovate existing ones, including high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations, extensions and second-storey additions. Because we work across all of it, we can give you honest advice on whether a renovation, an extension or a new build is the right path for your home and your goals.
Are you a full-service builder, or do I need to organise trades myself?
We manage the whole build for you, including coordinating designers, engineers, subtrades and the council consent process. You deal with one licensed team from the first conversation to handover, so you always know where things stand and you are never left chasing people yourself.
